Three Brains

















​​When we understand how fear is created in the body, it is helpful in releasing the grip of anxiety and fear patterns. This is basic information on how the body's physiology is affected by fear and trauma and how that is exploited by dark forces.

Our biology has three distinctly different processors of energy and information, two conscious and one functioning below radar. We are aware of our thoughts and emotions, but we are less aware of what the survival brain is doing, and how this is affecting the way we feel.

The survival brain is the one that takes your hand off the stove, before the other two brains realize that you have burned your hand. It is incredibly fast at responding to what is happening in our environment, in order to keep the body safe. It’s like each human body comes with a pre-loaded software program that says keep this body alive. So what is going on in the lower brain, below conscious radar?


Software: Survival programs

The lower brain basically runs in three modes: relaxed, fight-flight, and freeze. Again to keep it very simple, using a stoplight as a model. (from Stephen Porges, Poly-vagal Theory).














Traffic Light Danger

When we are in green, we are relaxed our heart and respiration are slow, we can digest our food, we can nap, we enjoy being with loved ones and can relate to them. The moment the lower brain feels there is danger; it moves the biology into yellow. The vagus nerve shuts down all the organs below the diaphragm, and speeds up the ones above the diaphragm. We get an immediate increase of available energy, or superhuman strength, enough to lift a small car off of a child. This is an amazing thing the body can do in a split second. Our bodies were designed to do this for very brief period. We don’t want to get stuck in yellow, where we cannot digest our food, we cannot sleep, and we cannot enjoy or relate to our loved ones. There are usually two reasons we get stuck in fight-flight. We are living in an unsafe situation and the accurate assessment is that we are in danger. Or we have an unresolved Trauma from the past, which the lower brain feels is happening now, in the present moment.

Being in the Red zone is more rare. This is where the lower brain perceives that the body is not going to survive the experience and shuts it down. The body becomes immobilized to play dead, anesthetized to minimize suffering, and the consciousness often leaves the body or is disassociated from it. Again, this is an amazing biological accomplishment in a split second. We see this with high impacts, with early and chronic abuse such as SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse), and in war and torture. The eyes are vacant the voice is monotone and the body is lifelessly still, meaning there is no fidgeting or normal movement in the body.

Self-Assessing

Since our human family is now living in the yellow zone so much of the time, let’s look more closely at the spectrum of yellow, and the difference between fight and flight. We are looking at increasing levels of activation in the nervous system. On a scale of 1-10, we can have low-level activation, which is a feeling of unease on the flight side and irritability on the fight side. In the mid-range, we have anxiety on the flight side and anger on the fight side. At the high end we have rage and panic, which are getting closer to the threshold where the body switches into freeze or red.

Creating Conditions

The issue with the survival brain is that we cannot fake it out. If we want to relax, we actually have to create the conditions for the physiology to move into green. If we live with a predator, if we work under a predator, if we do not have our basics needs met, we are going to be in yellow. So part of being able to clear fear means making choices that help the brain and nervous system register that we are safe.

Implicit Memory

Current estimates are that the lower brain is taking in about 40,000 data bits per moment. This is what we refer to as the hard drive, or our unconscious mind. It is recording everything, far too much material to push into our conscious awareness. We get an estimated 25-35 of these data bits registering on a conscious level. This is called implicit memory, rather than explicit or conscious memory. The hard drive records past threats, in a special category, so that if a similar cluster of data bits arise that were present when something bad happened, we get the jump on it and move into the yellow zone more quickly.

Shaping of Collective

In understanding implicit memory, which is recorded but not conscious, it is easy to see how it could be manipulated by those who would like to keep people in fear, and keep our physiology in the yellow zone. In yellow we are less able to respond to the present moment, our bandwidth of awareness gets narrow as we look for external reasons for our discomfort. We no longer see beauty, feel comfort, or experience balance in our life. Its as if our news and entertainment is purposely designed to keep us at a constant 6 or 7 in the levels of activation. The culture of yellow has been in the making for a long while.

Traumatic memory

A woman who was sexually assaulted in a cedar room, may develop an aversion to the smell of cedar without making the connection. When ever she smells cedar the survival brain will shift her into yellow, as a precaution. She may start to feel anxiety without knowing why, which changes how she moves through the rest of her day. Until this trauma is cleared from the hard drive, these triggers interfere with her ability respond to the now moment. Trauma is not in the event, it is in the nervous system. The traumatic memory will keep showing up in the present, until it is cleared.

Manipulation

In a similar way, the NAA (Negative Alien Agenda) may try to activate or use the implicit-memory-packets we have of past personal traumas. They may also embed false memories in our hard drive, so that we have traumatic responses to things that should not trigger us at all. They also play on collective trauma that is in the planetary field memory. They may try to trigger a mass reaction, by activating collective implicit-memory of the Lemurian Holocaust or Atlantian Cataclysm. This works, because we have no conscious memory of those events, so how could we possibly figure it out? The cellular memory of an exploding planet can be elicited, at the end of the cycle, without the masses knowing where their anxiety of cataclysm is coming from. In the Ego/Personality matrix of the first three dimensions (1D-2D-3D), this is the game played in the nervous system, using the lower aspects of the brain to trigger a survival reaction. Until we are able to clear fear, which often means clearing trauma, we are susceptible to triggers from implicit-memory packets.

Soul and Monad

As we move into the Soul matrix, (4D-5D-6D) fears have less influence, and even less in the Monadic matrix, (7D-8D-9D). Now that the trans-time continuum is opening our access into other Timelines and Dimensions that were not previously available to us, people who are starting to embody the monad may find themselves feeling triggered. They may be dealing with new implicit-memory packets from other aspects of their identity, starting to be recollected and returned. If this happens, understand it for what it is. And rather than feeling like we are losing ground or have lost our centers, we are actually just hitting larger chunks of the traumatic memories from further out.

During Stress, Back to the Basics

This information is shared from the perspective that if we can identify when our nervous systems is tweaked and our physiology has shifted into fight flight, we can take the necessary steps to shift out of it. Being better informed gives us more choices in how we respond. When we find ourselves stressed out it is important to slow down, and create the conditions for the lower brain to assess that we are actually safe again. This releases the physiology from hyper arousal, and allows the body to relax again or get back to green. Starseed's/Indigo's nervous systems are highly sensitive and run a lot of frequency and may benefit from some extra supplementation. When the nervous system is feeling fried creating some peace and quiet in order to recharge is so helpful. If the body is stuck in yellow, it burns up the bodies resources more quickly. So we are best served by taking some time out to create the conditions to get back to green. If you notice you are triggered or activated, slow down and ask your self what just happened? What was the trigger? If you can’t connect it to something conscious, consider that it is connected to implicit-memory, a data packet from another timeline. Treat it the same, work to clearing associated fear, pain and trauma from the hard drive.​


Mental Rackets

Mental Rackets are fixed ways of thinking, being and behaviors that you refuse to change even if they are unhealthy or destructive to you and others. Fixed ways of being can be a mental program playing out certain archetypes or negative patterns, such as feeling victimized by something and looping into the Victim-Victimizer thoughts that generate repeated grievances and recurring complaints. If we have the same pattern of behaviors that generates recurring complaints about something or someone, then we have to take responsibility to change that mental pattern in order to begin to change the results that we make in our lives. Many people that constantly complain about the same issues and constantly feel hurt and betrayed by others, may not realize that deeply hidden in the Unconscious Mind, is a mental program running for an emotional payoff. There is a payoff for every emotionally driven behavior and thought, whether positive or negative, that can be used to manipulate types of responses that you want to get out of other people. We can choose to let them go once we have honestly identified the negative emotions that are repeating patterns, and then digging deeper for the emotional payoff that is received from that behavior. Are you running Mental Rackets that are making you suffer? 

Studying Patterns

As you study these old and painful patterns from the past you will begin to see them embedded as distortions that have great influence upon human consciousness, the 3D belief systems that have profoundly impacted the way human beings function in the world at so many different levels. The mental games and reptilian mind control programs that are running covertly within our unconscious self, those larger behavioral patterns that are set up by the Death Culture that has been accepted by mass society. All of the subterranean distortions of the upside down world are coming into blaring review for us to more deeply analyze in order to comprehend what is behind it and how it has influenced our lives. We have to see who and what is running a mental racket into the mental body of our unconscious and conscious mind, in order to become free of its negative triggers. A racket is a corrupt mental program running in our conscious or unconscious self that justifies itself into being, to protect the psyche from discovering its deepest and darkest fears. When the unconscious mind is running rackets it is very tricky and manipulative, trying to cover up the truth in order to continue to feed the ego programs for an emotional payoff. However, we are being pushed to clearly see these mental rackets running within our psyche, as the new energy foundation will not tolerate or support them. Running Mental Rackets is the antithesis to embodying personal integrity and authenticity. In order to be congruent with the core essence and the nature of our true self, we have to see the rackets that are bargaining with our Negative Ego in order to receive a mental or emotional payoff. Then take steps to remove faulty thinking and clear these mental rackets from taking control over our emotional state that influence the spiritual house of our inner being. When we are running mental rackets, we become the cause of our own mental and emotional suffering. When we can recognize that we are contributing to our own suffering by running negative mental rackets we can choose in every moment to give it up instantly.


Feelings of Isolation

The Collective Consciousness patterns which have defined who we are in order to accept the belief systems that have been imposed upon us, have been deeply disturbing to our core spiritual being. It is reflected to us daily throughout the macrocosm how isolated and divided we feel as a species, that the human race has evolved completely and utterly alone on this rock, disconnected and without contact from other species, as well as not knowing the existence of our spiritual families. As a species we have been handed many false concepts and negative archetypes that we have believed to be true about ourselves that define our sense of self in our human identity.

As a result, many people on the earth have been negatively conditioned to feel deeply alone, feeling unwanted, feeling they do not belong, feeling burdened by uncertainty and insecurity and believing that there is something wrong with them. When we feel deeply disconnected and alone, all kinds of disempowering thoughts and painful feelings can show up in our lives. When we can shift our awareness from purely focusing on ourselves and looking to the larger picture, it may occur to us that we are not alone, and that this thought form has only surfaced for us to see. An incredible amount of people, nearly all people have directly experienced these exact same thoughts, also experiencing these exact same painful Feelings of Isolation and disconnection from others. How many people on this earth are feeling this way right now?

When we realize that the pain of disconnection and Isolation is the misery within human existence that stems from the negative Mind Control inflicted upon us by the NAA, we can begin to realize that we are no less than anyone else on this planet. Feeling deep grief, experiencing great loss and sorrow, the state of suffering, this is intrinsic to the general human experience in the current reality of which we all share and are a part. When we can actually see and feel into the collective consciousness that holds this overall collective mindset of disconnection, we can know that we really are not our thoughts and feelings. Did you choose these certain thoughts that surface into your mind? When these negative thoughts pop up in your mind without warning, suddenly surfacing from out of nowhere, observe them and look deeper. You will notice that some of these thoughts and feelings trigger you when they surface while others do not, there are thoughts that show up and they disappear just as quickly. All thoughts and feelings fade away from memory over time, whether you want them to or not. The mind control programming on this earth teaches us that we are supposed to be the content of all of our thoughts and feelings, and when these random thoughts suddenly show up, that they actually belong to us and constitute an essential part of our human identity.

Thus, all of these patterns are being refined during this time to give us the opportunity to see what we need to change or heal inside ourselves that we inherited from the collective consciousness mind control. This is a time where we must learn to create our new reality from an entirely new palette of color, creating new thought-forms about ourselves, feeling deeply into the new emotional spectrums that ignite cross collaboration, co-creation and manifestation. The infusion of these new color frequencies are from the unity code harmonics, the trinity wave formats that create a base for the new energy platform, and this architecture is available to us now to help us build something entirely different.
